2 Pins UK?

Two pins I found while going through a box of small items. The 1st is R.M.A., I did a google search and it came up as Royal Military Academy or Royal Marines artillery. None of these pins were an exact match to mine. measures 1 1/8" long and 3/8" tall. Marked on the back Meyer? Metal, and has another tiny logo i cannot make out.

The second is a hand painted piece from Germany. A clip latch with what I believe is a Royal Scottish Guardsman. Measures 1/2" wide and is 3/4" tall.

The guardsman looks like a bib pin. Yep. Size is right.
