    Hi folks

2 old (i think) hand painted porcelain pieces i found in the same place as the chinese bowl

creamer was another giveaway. plate i had to pay for

think the creamer could be 18th ?

2 different pieces and makers, but think donated by the person as the chinese bowl

the little creamer has an old staple repair (even think the base has been restored ?)

something funky going on inside it

have no ideas on the makers

just the saucer, no tea cup unfortunately

but like the hand painted insects on both

    any thoughts or info appreciated

google image seems to suggest 18thc worcester liverpool or lowestoft sparrow beak for the creamer

    nothing for the saucer

I’d agree on eighteenth for the wee jug. Wondering if the plate is Coalport.

Sorry, that was me. I'm a moderator of the British Pottery and Porcelain Discussion group on Facebook. I just wanted to confirm my thoughts. Consensus is Worcester, 18th c. Commonly known as a sparrow beak jug. Apologies, I have deleted the post now.

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

They are both lovely, @charlie cheswick -- Let us know if you find any more about the saucer.

Well, there were only so many made, and some people collect pieces with staple repairs, so no, there's still value, but not as much as one in good condition. The stuff on the base has me puzzled, though.
