2 New Paintings--Train & Windmill

    I went to a sale and purchased these two paintings. The one painting was easy to identify (thank you label on the back), but I do not know anything about the windmill painting (location or artist). I tore off the back, but no information. It may just be an amateur-type piece, but I thought I would see if anyone had any comments or information. The name on the bottom is just "Fern." Thanks as always...

    The train painting is by Joe Servello.

    The windmill painting does appear to be the work of an amateur.
