Featured 2 Japanese paintings w/no signatures + a tribal(?) print? by Seck/Seer? and a Anna Dubsky painting!

I found these yesterday at the local thrift. The 1 Japanese painting I believe is from a play, but what is the 2nd?
Also, I once asked why a tribal piece I had found wasn't signed & I believe the answer was because everyone in the tribe/village knew who had made it? Why are these Japanese pieces not signed?

The 2nd one I think is African? Is it a painting? A print? Cloth? And can anyone tell me who the artist is?

I know I should have taken a photo of the back but I forgot - again - I am sorry!

Finally there is one I was able to find out about by myself, but wanted to show you guys because I thought it was really nice - enjoy it!

Below is a Anna Dubsky painting I also found yesterday I just wanted to show you.

 

The first is an East Asian scenery, looks Japanese but closeups could confirm that.

The second is of Japanese Kabuki actors. Very nice.

I just realized I didn't post the Seck/Seer piece - any thoughts ie poster, cloth, painting? Any idea who artist is?
Finally is it a keeper or one I give to my neighbor? (he now has about 12-15 of my pieces that turned out to just be decorative or factory art I put out front of my house to try to make some room inside the house!)

 

Looks like batik, which would be cloth.
