2 Andean Flautists, 3 Dancers; Peru? Signature Help, Please

    Sorry about the reflection of the handsome fellow inna glass...his photography skills are limited.
    It's in a minimalist frame, oddly finished onna back; ~19 1/2" X ~13 1/2".
    Google image struck out on this, including the signature.
    Appears to be tempera on paper, but that's as close as I can get to its reality without removal of the frame.
    Whatever your thoughts, please share them...an' thanks for lookin'!

    Yes, Peru. Those flat 'montera' hats are typical of Peru.

    It is a nice painting, but the painter seems to be one of those artists who doesn't want to be known.;) Maybe someone else can decipher that cuneiform script.
