2 1/2" Brooke Glass Ruby Diamond Quilted Candle Holder made in Wellsburg, W.Va.
Oval Foil Silver label on the bottom of the red glass candle holder says Brooke Glass, Wellsburg, W.Va. and its top diameter is nearly 1 3/4" and its height is about 2 1/2". The top is scalloped edge and beads.
I have not been able to find this in my research. I went to a museum online and found
the same pattern and glass color by the Brook Glass Co. and applied it to this.
First, is this a candle holder?
Second, what decade is this from?
Third, I read Confederate is a trade name used by Brooke / Crescent. Is Confederate another name that I can use associate this candle holder even though the oval foil label says Brook Glass, Wellsburg, W.Va.?
Fourth, Does anyone know online or in a book to find the price range of this?
Thank you for your help in these questions? Rob

I don't think the label is the maker, but the seller.

This is an older pattern, that was reproduced.
    Votive candle holder.

Just edited not EAPG - Sorry the red color is throwing me off.

The company must have come out of bankruptcy and started again in 1983

Brook was on the site of, if not in the building of the old Riverside plant. Finally closed out about the end of the century. MAG was able to rescue much paperwork and some glass. They made millions of pieces in that pattern.
