image.jpg Couldn't pass this up for $5. It's a nice print from 1980 for Picasso, A Retrospective for MOMA in NY. I picked it up because I like Picasso, who doesn't? Not only that, but I'm pretty sure, as time goes along, these prints will gain some value and be harder to come by.

    It's beautiful.
I'd hang it in my home & for $5 well, there's no risk.
But , find out how many were made....just to see what kind of " time goes along ", you'll need for this 1980 poster to become scarce enough to qualify it as a good investment.
    You got grand kids ??

I've looked on EBay and there's other prints that have a different picture on it for the MOMA for 1980. I've only seen a couple that look like mine. No grand kids right now. That's about another 8 yrs from now. All my art I collect, I'm saving for grand kids and great grand kids. Ill give some to my two daughters first, but make it very clear that all art work not to be sold.

I contacted the MOMA and they said that they no longer have the files with the information about how many were made for that exhibition. So, with that, I guess no one will know. I'm still hanging on to this though.
