    This is not a sponsor's mark which I have seen before. Unfortunately there are no published references for most 20th century sponsors' marks so it is highly unlikely that you will get an identification through forum queries. Your only hope is to contact the Sheffield Assay Office directly (https://www.assayoffice.co.uk/).
