Featured 1970s silver feather/ leaf brooch marked RR

I wonder if anyone has any insight into the maker of this brooch please? Researching RR leads me to some enamel costume brooch makers like Robyn Rush but I can’t seem to find anything like this in silver/diamanté with the slightly sloping RR. Lang suggests some obscure makers but not quite the same slant to the letters.
The hallmark is London import for 1975.
Could the trombone clasp be a hint? I know the British ones were earlier but any countries that favoured a trombone clasp in the 70s?
It looks too well made to not be a known maker
C2.5” long.

It was from a dealer and I don’t think they noticed the hallmark on the side of the stem. It’s very shiny and does look plated.

 

It may be rhodium plated over the silver, there was a thing for that.

 

It is lovely.
