1960s/'70s (?) drinks pitcher with owl - Maker?

Any way of knowing who made this?
And, is it worth listing as it has a few missing bits of gold trim on the upper line?

 

Messi, do a search for "Owl Glass Martini Pitcher" on ebay. There are a couple for sale. None have sold.

I am surprised they have not sold. Owls are (used to be?) very collectible by owlish people...

 

If I hadn't stuck it away some (long) years ago, it might have sold.
I have a tendency to just miss, by thiiiis much, a piece's selling point.

 

If it had a Bulldog on it I would buy it in a heartbeat.
