1945 Wax Facsimile Magdeburg State Seal in Latin

    ~4 1/8" diameter, ~.300" thick, 2 1/2 oz.
    The probability that there were many of these 'minted' seems to be large...but try as I might, I can find no reference to them.
    It comes in a plastic case; opaque white back, clear front...with a pinked-fabric hanger, never attached. I'll post more pics on demand.
    It is in pristine condition, an' I'll offer it on eBay if I can get enough information to describe it with accuracy.
    I just now wonder if there may be a collector's forum for such seals...I'll do more digging. Thanks for lookin'!

    I was going to ask about a date, but now I see the date 1945 in small print on the back!

    Is it a wax facsimile of a seal? Or a facsimile of a wax seal?
