    Hello,

I hope you are doing well!
I'm writing to ask your help concerning a necklace I am interested in, the description only states it is from the 1930s-1950s, and that it is made in gold-tone metal and orange crystals.
Would you be able to tell me something more?

Thank you, as always, for your kind help!

I'd have said the earlier date, 30s or older, rather than 50s. Probably rolled gold - I presume you don't have a photo of the back?

Yes, I have some from the original listing.
Apparently, there are no hallmarks. The metal is quite oxidized, could it still be rolled gold?

Yes, it could well still be rolled gold. And looking again, I think early twentieth to 20s. Nice piece.

I agree, older. It has Arts & Crafts influence and could be of the period.
It is lovely, something I would have bought too.

    Very pretty, I love it.

Agree with Ownedbybear, rolled gold/gold filled.

Doesn't rolled gold oxidize from the base metal underneath.? Very nice necklace. I even have a shirt that it would go very well with!

Yes! IMO the oxidation is minimal - still looks bright & shiny to me.

It does, and I agree there's very little on this.
