I found this in a storage unit won at auction. So far I've found that it is a limited edition (1 of only 60) and a even more limited (1 of only 50) that was signed by the srtist John Avsten & also has a extra page.

Googling it shows a lot of news about the book & illustrator, but I can't find one for sale or that has sold so I have an idea what it's worth? Any help on that or info on the book would be greatly appreciated!

WOW! Although Abe books is kind of like 1st Dibbs - very pricey!
I noticed none of them said they were the limited edition - and since there are less reg books (without sig & extra page) - maybe that version is rare & valuable!

I also found a 1909 Alice's Adventures in Wonderland book in good condition too!

Latin inscriptions are written like that: the U looks like a V. I'm used to seeing it. :)

Does your have the dust jacket? Collectors seem to place a higher value on books with them.

Looks like it is awkward, you can't just go from one directly to the next, or, like you, I couldn't find a way to do it. Only way I found was to go here, select what you want to look at, then come back to this page to select something else.

This is quite wonderful, but I couldn't help noticing that Aubrey Beardlsey was long dead when this was published... So similar!
