1920 cast metal motion lamp?

    Hi i found this and im not sure who
    Made it or value. Its very heavy the plug us in good shape and it works when you turn it on. When i did a Google search the exact one in a bronze came up and said 1920’s but no maker or value info

    any help would be appreciated

    Does it have a shade or what's with the circle of light in the "fireplace"?? OR IS that the light???
