I think some of the ephemera has been far too easy to identify lately ;)

So have a go at this!

Damn, there was me thinking I had an original Klingon greetings card :(

btw I translated "ghotvam'e' wej tlhIngan tlhoy 'e' vay' QaH" and got:
"I think this is something that a Klingon yet I know too much"

    :D:D:D

Ouch! Agressive, isn't it? Strong ink, aggressive verticals, salutatory exclamation point, and bold underlines. There's someone with his knickers in a twist.

    S. Meyer von (something) should have spent more time on his handwriting in school. ;)

Perhaps he's writing to complain to his penmanship teacher.

I'm hoping it isn't English because other than the dates and the commas, it looks like it's in reverse. Hold it to the light and see if you can read it from the back in reverse. (sorry, all I've got)

Maybe he is writing to complain that his can opener wouldn't even make a scratch in the can he was trying to open. ;):rolleyes::rolleyes::happy::happy:

Looks to be Eastern European. October is abbreviated as "Oct." and other month mention resembles "November." Hungarian, perhaps?

I was wondering if the author of this letter could have been left handed & that is why the writing is so vertical.:confused: I know it doesn't help with the content, but I am just being curious.:happy:

It looks like something is due to happen or did happen on 16 November. Another date written in English? Ye gods. If the rest is in English, only his mother could understand

Are all those little crooks apostrophes, question marks, or something else?
