Hello, I have a very old document I believe is maybe from Norway , I really was wondering if anyone would know what this maybe was for .It appears to be signed by several others on the bottom. I thought maybe it was a document related to shipping as there was a nice engraving picture on the top ., Thanks ahead for any help .

Christiania is the old name for Oslo. The spelling was changed to Kristiania in the late 19th century.

This is what google says about the first part:
Oldermand og Bisidere ved Skraederlauget i Christiania
Elder and bystanders at the tailors' guild in Christiania

I will leave the rest to the others
