14kt pretty earring help

    Hi everyone pick these cute little 14-karat gold earrings up today the light colored Stone does anybody know what it could be it does not look like an opal I was thinking maybe a quartz Maybe and for the French wire to earrings not sure if they're French wire is that an amethyst cabochon? TIA

    Quartz on the first. Second looks art glass to me.

    Does the second set have any marks? I can see something from here, but it's too blurry to read.

    I see what looks like a 14k mark on the ear wires, and there's definitely something on the center bit. I think they soldered the rings over the mark. If those are real, odds are the stone is too.
