13 'Glitters' Around the FOE Eagle on an Antler Slab

    It's roughly 1 1/2" long, 1" wide; it appears to have been home-made. The stones look to be faux diamonds; the one under the E is darker than the others...foil-backed? Google image is no help. I'm unfamiliar with Eagles lore, but 13 is the number of the original British American Colonies. Beyond that clue, I'm without any idea of whether the pin has significance. Thanks for lookin'!

    likely homemade.....
    I used to give a way antler slices like that with little metal ulus glued on ....as keychains..
