    Greetings all.

I am fostering an interest in WW2 memorabilia, particularly items related to 101st Airborne, Easy Company.

I don't know where to look for such items other than eBay.

    1) Are there other/better places to look?

    2) I would obviously want to make sure that the items are legit.

    3) I have no idea what kind of premium these things would carry. I'm not looking for clothing, firearms, or photos. What are the least expensive items? Buttons/patches?

I'm more Navy than anything but all military is always of interest.
Gila's Uncle served in the 101st - 508th in WWII especially at the Battle of the Bulge.

The division is comprised of brigades which are made up of battalions which contain companies. E would be a company level name. There may have been dozens of different company Es.

Attend gatherings of other militaria collectors and get to know at least a few knowledgeable ones. Gun shows, reenactment groups, military vehicle shows, etc will all have some knowledgeable folks. Don't limit yourself to what shows up for sale online which may or may not be authentic; German WWII items are among the most-often-faked.
