1940s. Clues are gold (or goldtone,) tubular construction, and (imitation or not) rubies. All very common in jewelry of that era. A Google Image search will bring up lots of examples.

The last one has to be post-1954; I think the OP's is the earliest, probably circa 1950.

The ones around the pink stones look grayish, I'd like to try and clean it up a bit, but not sure what to use on it..

Think evelyb30 meant the blue brooch in the last photo. That's the one I was referring to, surmising she was limiting the age because of the AB stones. Yours does look older. Original suggestion of 1940 quite likely correct.

I'm not the one to advise you on cleaning or not this type of piece. Hope others with more costume jewellery expertise will guide you.

Light blue vitrail rhinestones - most definitely post-1954. The clear stones with the AB finish are the ones you think of, but they also make them to this day with a base color.

To clean the top brooch, don't get it wet. The stones are dark enough as it is; rhinestones hate water. The dark color of the metal is the color it's supposed to be, or at least it's the color it is now. The gold appears to be gone. If there's any green on there, apply ketchup and wait a while. Wipe off with a damp cloth. It'll get rid of the green and stop deterioration.
