What age is this silk bag with dragon?

    Hi all! Picked this up at auction recently because it looked like it had a bit of age to it and I'm a sucker for old handbags etc. Wondering what age you think it might be and what was it used for (eg. sewing bag?)? It measures 9.5"L x 9.5"W (excluding the handles). Is it likely Chinese? Needs some TLC. Any info appreciated. Thanks!

    If you do a Google Lens search for "Chinese rank badge purse", you'll find similars.
