Featured Cut Glass Cruet (?) with Silver Top

Bought this yesterday at the local thrift store.
I think they didn't notice the sterling mark (silver was dark when I bought it), as it was in the cabinet with the regular glass items.
15x7cm (15x10 if you include the handle)
Marked 925 STERLING, with the lion rampant (Scotland?) and another mark, but I have no idea what it is.

Various pics with the other mark. Can't see if there's a text, number or image in that mark...

Can't make out that last mark shown, though it seems vaguely familiar - the German maker is Gebrüder Deyhle...

Any idea how old this is (based on mark/design)?
And is this an oil/vinager cruet, or is it something else?

 

Found a Gebrüder Deyhle Silver Mounted Cut-Glass Pitcher, that has this mark

As that one's 830 silver, could the mark on mine be Z I (or Z925)? According to info in this thread https://www.925-1000.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=20485 that would be a Dutch 925 silver mark for "finished goods, both domestic and foreign, that were already circulating in the trade".

So I think the value of mine will be similar to the asking price of that pitcher, or even a bit more, as that one is just 835 silver

So some Gebrüder Deyhle items do sell for such high prices.
(but I still think the other one is priced much too high, as it's much smaller than this jug)
