Dougherty Desert

    Another roadside pile pick. Signed Dougherty. Looks like an L. before Dougherty. It could be just an initial or there may have been a full first name that’s faded. The date is faded enough to be illegible. I did find a Paul Dougherty. His works are highly collected. I don’t think this is his but I haven’t ruled it out entirely. He did do desert landscapes. The styles don’t seem to match exactly to me. Any ID thoughts on this one?
