Featured Help Identify this Oil Lamp

Hi, purchased this base & font of an oil lamp for $4. It's 11" tall, 4 3/4" diameter at the base. It caught my eye because it looked 'all handworked' meaning I don't see any seams as you would expect if it was blown into a mold. The bottom shows the pontil mark. Obviously the collar was plastered on at one time.
Any ideas on how to date this or who / where it was manufactured? As always, thanks in advance!

Thanks R, that is the same animal in two colors but there's no info on maker or year. Any ideas?

 

They characterize their lamp as 1890s (agree), mould-blown, and originating in the USA. Seems reasonable. They’re asking a nice markup on the price compared to what you paid, although of course theirs has a burner and (newer) chimney.

Very cool base, nice that it is all blue. Time to get it into working order....

 

Thanks for the responses! I'm confused, though, why there are no seams if this is a mold blown piece? Were the seems somehow 'finished' off?
