Hello all, hope everyone is well.
I'd love to wear this but it's tiny just touching 6cm diameter. Wondering if this was a child's bangle made in Vienna/Austria but seems too mature a design? I love the design and would love to research more but I keep hitting dead ends. Been looking for an embarrassing amount of time and I'm lost. Any information would be greatly appreciated Thank U! Gorgeous bangle, Abbie.
I think it was made for a smaller wrist. It would fit me perfectly, with a little room left.

Austrian marks often have the initial of the surname first, so we are probably looking for someone named FJ, in the sequence we would write it.
I looked on silvercollection.it and found a Franz Jonas who was active in the 1920s. I don't know if he is your maker, but the period looks right to me.

I googled his name, but haven't found anything by him. I also tried it in German, but no luck, so I have no idea if he made anything like this.

I'm very jealous, I'd love beautiful dainty hands. Sausage fingers and I can't open jars

NanaB, that would be an excellent invention!
Abbie, you can just send the bracelet to me, if its too small for you. :cat:
Joking aside, I agree with AJ, it was just made for smaller wrists.
Personally I really hate it when almost all bracelets I find could easily just slip right off my wrist.

I actually don't have dainty hands, I have an average glove size, it's just the wrists. I used to have very flexible hands though and could slide into small bangles, but they're slightly less flexible as I get older.

You could look for Dutch and Scandi bracelets, they are usually made for bigger wrists.
In those cases I either wear a smaller bangle next to it, on the side of my wrist. Or I keep the big one in place with a link bracelet.

We both live in countries where most women have bigger wrists and fingers, so we have to hunt for small sizes. I have the same problem with shoes, although less so as I get older.
