Trying to identify velvet painting artist “NSFW”

Hi I am trying to find out the artists name responsible for painting this incredibly realistic portrait which I believe to be acrylic on velvet. The frame is covered in a silky material and the dimensions are 94x64cm inc. frame.

Any useful information regarding this piece would be extremely helpful in learning more about it as I have absolutely no idea of its age, country it originated and of course the artist responsible

 

hopefully someone will be able to read the signature I see ST, then not sure what the others are

But I swear the sig includes S-T-D.

 

Those knickers wouldn't stay in place for long .. they would ride up the ying yang and be mighty uncomfortable ..

 

I looked at ‘Carl’ from the top line
‘StC’ from the bottom line and I see what could be 2013 at the end but not convinced as I would like to think it’s not as modern as 2013 and also what would the final ‘oo’ relate to

That's one artist I don't know, butt I think we know the model a little better than we ever wanted to! The design and frame are straight-up late 1980s if that's any help.
