Gas mask, Switzerland, 1969. For the military or for civilians?

I got such a gas mask. I wonder if it is for the military or for civilians. And I want to know what model it is.

SCHUTZMASKE "SCHUMA" 74
During the mid- late 80's/ early 90's, Swiss AF evaluated a number of chemical/ Biological Warfare (CBW) pilot protective systems.

Up to that point, the pilots were only equipped with the "Schuma" ( "Schutzmaske" - Protective Mask) 74". For jet operations it was worn before boarding and after landing, with all the resulting possible contamination problems; on helicopter, not having any kind of communication system installed, it was used with an ELNO laryngophone.
