Tribal necklace, is it amber?

Good evening,
@Any Jewelry I have a feeling you might know what this is.
The amber beads glow yellow under UV light, the smaller round brown ones glow green under UV light. The necklace feels light in weight, and the small beads do not feel like bone, more like a seed.
Please could you advise on the origins of this necklace, materials used and age.
I have not poked it with a hot pin, your lesson stays with me
