Because of my love for movie props, it would probably be for an incredible piece from one of my all time favorite movies (like the Time Machine prop from the original movie, the Ark from Raiders, or, a prop from Ben Hur).

What would you give up all of your other antiques for, if the opportunity were to present itself?

No such thing exists, but I would give up a lot of them, if I got a nice antique house in return :)

A 1920s mansion in the Hollywood Hills. Then I"d sell it and start over again!

The majority of my antiques and other collectibles have meaning to me, their value in that regardless of rarity or lack thereof - have many items on my 'wish list', but none would be worth giving up everything from a half-century of hunting and gathering...

Sometime in the 70's the Tut exhibit came to Seattle. I stood in line for a few hours, like thousands of others, to get up close an' personal with that specific funerary mask. It was in a heavy glass case at eye level, so I could stand eyeball to eyeball with King Tut. I did, for as long as the crowd would allow...repeatedly.
My recollection of that experience is as vivid as if it were only yesterday. Mesmerizing is a descriptive term that really doesn't do justice to those revelatory moments. His gaze, riveting an' regal over the centuries, was so unique, so powerful, so commanding...the memory gives me goosebumps to this day!

I'm too eclectic in my choices, so an impossible question for me. Plus, like DragonflyWink, lots of my stuff has meaning to me (my kids can get rid of it after I'm gone).
