Featured Does anybody know what this is

    The little brass loops on this are like the ones you see on chandeliers to hang crystals on. But how would this piece fit into a chandelier? - or whatever? The glass appears to be hand cut. It has a diameter of 3.25" and height of about 2.5"

    Maybe the bottom part, that hangs from crystal swags?

    Yes, there's no way to thread it onto or hang it from a chandelier. I would think it's an insert to a candelabra.

    It is referred to as a final so this would suggest that it sits on the top of something.
