Can anyone help?

    Hi everyone new to forum but looking forward to be here regularly We recently bought this picture its a pastel with a blue monogram signature we've looked and looked but cant find it anywhere can anyone enlighten us thanks everso

    Possibly HHM?

    Photo of the back, dimensions and where you picked it up would help.

    Looks like eucalyptus.

    Thanks for response. Picture is 20 by 13 inches. Got it from a charity shop in Margate UK. The back is unremarkable, no markings, modern frame we think its probably been reframed. We buy a lot of art but this one intriguing. We thought Southern hemisphere too.

    If you were in the States I'd say California but as you're in the UK, more than likely Australia, no?

    it feels Outback to me but just not sure as I've never been there or California for that matter!!
