Not a painting but some kind of print in an edition of 75. Is the paper embossed? Signature looks like Franke to me. The translation of the back may hold clues to identity. I am sure someone who can translate will be along.

The subject of the print is Egyptian and I'm not sure what it has to do with Westdeutsches Werbefernsehen or the text you posted. How do the print and text go together? Were they framed together?

Seconded. The text is about a late 18th century work as printed for and given by a German television ad producer. Or some such. This is a print that looks like takeoff on a circuit diagram, dated 1993.
