Featured Need Help on a hand painted folding fan

Hello,

I am not sure if this is right topic for this group.
i purchased a folding fan with oriental tyle hand painting.

I really appreciate the painting because it is identical to the style of painting from Chinese porcelain.

I have difficulty to identify the crown logo and mark on the frame. it would be appreciated if someone in the group could help on the origin and age of the Fan.

What part of the world did you find it in? What were you told about it? And is that the best quality photograph you can post of the mark?

that's a Prussian crown...........or possibly German...... artistic licence ??

 

To my best of resolution. Again the lastt letter looks like 'PATENT' to me. And the drawing looks like Letter M. I.

This one has same mark. So it is from 1890 Austrian. interesting!
