    Take a look at these silver marks from Korea to compare against the first mark picture. Not sure these are a match, but looking at the other 2 makes me this Korean.

    That's the Chinese mark for silver and although it was also used in Korea pre 1945 according to the link above, I'd say it's quite likely the bracelet could be Chinese, as I don't think it's too old. Most post war Korean goods use the Korean alphabet not Chinese AFAIK.

    Chinese silver, however, the words looks pretty new ,need to get silver tested.

    BTW, the bange in first and second photo are put upside down.

    The four words are “花好月圆” - The followers are in full Bloom, and the moon is full。
