    Hi, please show the bottom. Plus, the measuring tape is very hard to read in your photo, please tell us the measurements :)

    Yes, it could be Middle Eastern.
    Please show the item without the measurig tape as well. I can't see the neck because most of it is hidden behind the tape.
    You know what the item looks like, but we have to go by your photos, so the more, the better.:)

    Photos of the openwork details and the repoussé on the neck would also help, because this general style was made in almost all Middle Eastern and North African countries, as well as Turkey. I hope seeing the details will narrow it down.

    And what does the top of the neck look like? Could it be missing something?

    A bit bigger helps, and I think it could be further east than the Middle East.
    But we definitely need to see the openwork details and the apliqués.

    The openwork panels could be Indian. The partially nude girl would be frowned upon in an Islamic country.;)
    Looks like it is a lamp base.
