Sadly not, it doesn't have cannetille. It doesn't look handmade either, which Zeeland buttons are.
Could I see the back please?

Delicate wirework, a bit like filigree. In the case of Zeeland buttons you always see those twisted wire circles around the half domes, like on the photos I posted.

Tourist piece, maybe. Dumb tourists don't know better and wouldn't pay for it if they did?

 

Not in Zeeland. There are so many real Zeeland button brooches to be found, that even the dumbest tourists could find a real one.

And they can always buy a cute cast base metal Zeeland button key ring for 5-15 euros:



Buttons are a symbol of Zeeland, I even have a Zeeland button face mask. No actual buttons of course, but printed on fabric.

 

I'd cheerfully carry one of those, but my car keys are just the car keys.

 

They are nice actually, good copies.
