Help ID small brass bowl bottom marks

    This bowl measures 6" diameter. looked pretty old to my eyes, but i would really like to know who made it and when.

    Korean. The mark is upside down, here it is corrected. Also, the center word is Anseong, a city in South Korea. Sorry can’t help any further but maybe someone else can.
