Can someone decipher these marks?

    I need help with these maker marks. It has MBC above the EP, so I know it's silverplate, but the others have me confused. Another trio looks like a crescent moon and star, a set of scales, and a third that I can't figure out. Not only those- there is a set of three very tiny marks that I can't see at all. And I assume the number 00382 is a pattern number.
