Featured 3 Buck Chair

    Got this at a sale for $3,didn't want it to end up in the dumpster.It's not our style and I don't think Delaware Chair Co. pieces are worth a ton-but had to save it.Maybe see if the local historical society could use it in one of their 1840's-1870's historical houses.

    I never understand how someone can just put history in the dumpster & clutter the earth. Nice chair.

    Too bad you're not closer, Bosko...we could work a deal so ya wouldn't have to find a place among your other treasures for such an ordinary ladder-back. Caning is so yesterday anyway, right?

    Sweet chair. THREE BUCKS? Somebody had no clue combined with "nobody wants antiques". Sheesh.

    I guess these 'ladder back' styles are so simple folks just don't see 'em.
    Wish we did live closer Whit,it'd be mighty fun swappin' an sharin'.
