Featured Glass dessert cups black pedestal base - MCM?

Can't find these. Black is applied enamel to the underside of the base. 3 1/2" dia. X 2 7/8" tall. Any idea?

 

Could be 1980s, but glass is not my forte.

 

So....... I went to clean these better and a couple of them show a remnant of a silver band that has been removed. I think you can see a tiny remnant of one on the photo above at about the 10:00 mark. Consequently, I think this is a match. Still don't know who made them but getting closer. They list them as champagne glasses but really doubt they would be very functional as glasses.

Finding a couple other larger sizes. Still no maker. Here are some tall glasses.

I like them better with the silver gone.

The maker is never mentioned.

 

Seems like it would be difficult to drink from glasses in that shape.

 

They'd make nice fancy dessert dishes.
