I picked these up at a military auction last evening in a large box of pins, ribbons, buttons etc

These appear to be theater bars for medal ribbons

Am I seeing the French Boar mark? Or is it someone else?

    any thoughts?

Im not seeing boar, or weevil which was my next thought. The outline looks similar to the hare? But I think thats probably going back too early, this mark is for Paris 1819-1838.

agreed, I also thought the hare is the closest resemblance (of French marks) but I too think that’s too early.

I don’t know enough European marks to recognize what else it might be though
