Hi there, looking to see if anyone can help me identify the insignia on this German Bicorne. I have attached a couple of photos with the last one being that of the inside label.

Thanks so much for any input in advance and please do not hesitate to ask for any clarifying details!

So a crown topped with a cross, five imperial eagles, a laurel branch and an oak branch.

Niederösterreich was historically the part of Austria south of the river Enns, Oberösterreich was north of the river. Niederösterreich included the capital Wien or Vienna.

Nowadays Niederösterreich is the region surrounding Vienna, with Vienna being a separate region.

The two addresses indicate it that it's going to be later than the 1893 date, perhaps much later given the style is classic.
