    I'm not convinced that's porcelain of any stripe. Stoneware maybe? or ironware?

    no it's defently porcelain see here a wanli porcelain plate with the same rough rim.

    i already found out via youtube that it is ming dynasty. so no futher help needed.

    no it turnes out not to be ming but it is 19th century. But is no fake or repro, just a continuation of a ming tradition plate.
