Featured Is my cameo ring real

Wow that’s interesting. So the setting could be earlier than the cameo added?
I had read that left facing cameos are more rare which can indicate they’re fake which is why I think I questioned it!
I have bought this for my mum for her birthday. She had one years ago and loved it. Probably had it in the 60’s.So I’m surprising her with it.
I have lots of rings from 1920s/30s, I just love anything antique/vintage that sparkles or gems. They all seem to have markings inside, so it’s fascinating to me. Might need to buy one for myself now the cameos are beautiful.

Left-facing pretty ladies are somewhat less common than right-facing but it has no bearing on authenticity or value.
What a nice gift for your mum!
IMHO, your ring is what is appears to be: a mid-20th century shell cameo in a 9 carat gold setting.

The diamond ring was made to look like an old one. The mixed metals were popular right around WWI in America. Elsewhere I don't know. The blue one looks like a nice big rock of some sort. British hallmarks?

 

I’d think the diamonds are twenties ish. Nice pale amethyst. That’s a good clasp on those pearls, Victorian so they’re at least cultured possibly even proper real.

 

I love the clasp, I get my hair stuck in them though it’s all wrapped around you can see on the pic so I have to be careful. I got the necklace as a surprise for a special birthday. It was bought at an antique shop about 20 years ago by my parents. I’ve got no idea of the value. I just love them so keep them all. I’ve got more but some didn’t upload and some were duplicates. Me and mum are the same for vintage jewellery we both love anything shiny, sparkly and old. Xx

I think the diamond ring is 1910s. And it is my favourite.
Do you know if the white metal is silver, gold, or platinum? That helps date it. Of course hallmarks would be even better, but as you know by now, not all gold is hallmarked.
