Walked by this charity shop and saw these... 1.jpg 2.jpg
And ended up taking these three home! 3.jpg

I wonder if the harlequin one would catch a good price.
I know nothing about frogs. but my previous eye dr had a massive collection in his store.

Sorry, you mean the harlequin cowrie in the last pic? It's not from this shop tho, it's painted by myself :p

Some looks to have a bronze colour? Those look interesting to me. Or are they all pottery?

You mean if they bear a signature or something? One of mine has one but the rest two don't, not sure if it's a traveller souvenir or something similar

Most of them, yes, some of them wooden carved, some made with semi-precious stones I guess

LOL, I don't collect frogs, but as I have a fair amount of Aynsley, I managed to complete a set of Mom, Dad and Baby frogs. They're cute if you like frogs! I suspect that someone once said, "Oh, I like frogs," and thereafter they were gifted with frogs every birthday and Christmas!:D

These are likely from the same collector. Hope they're not forced to give them up...

That’s a fun collection. I like a frog or two in my collection. I’ve seen some good ones before. My dad likes frogs though. I buy one for him every now and then. I got a cool tree frog that hangs from the lamp shade on his lamp by his recliner. They don’t have a ton of room for Knick knacks so that one was a clever way to incorporate a frog. I’ve found a couple garden frogs for their lawn. I see a couple that I’d look at it in the cases.

The pair of Chinese money frogs top of the left shelf that look wooden maybe? They are probably just resin though. Then the little fatty. 0855D170-9AF9-4F28-8673-D3CE8714A354.jpeg 1A6C5040-CF69-48FD-942D-827C15C70E85.jpeg
