Looking at the signature on that vase, it says Galle, not Gallé. Fake Gallé glass from Taiwan often has a Galle signature, without the accent aigu.

Genuine Gallé pieces always say Gallé, simply because that is the man's name. Sometimes the accent aigu on the é is fused with the e or with the second l, but it is still an authentic Gallé piece, depending on the other features of course.

Authentic Gallé signatures and corresponding periods:

Also, the seller very cleverly doesn't show the rim, which is one of the tell tale signs of a fake Gallé.
Gallé rims are polished round, organic and soft looking, in line with the whole Art Nouveau feel.
Many copies/fakes have rims that are ground flat, as in OP's vase. That, and the lack of Gallé quality, makes me think it is not a genuine Gallé.

Shows you what a minefield this area is. There are so many fakes out there of various qualities that people have forgotten what a real Galle' should look like. Even Galle' had some variation in quality but their work is always superior to 99% of the fakes. Here is what a top quality Galle' vase should look like.

Here is a vase with decoration similar to what the OP's has. Though not a top quality Galle' vase, I think you can see the superior workmanship.

When searching this, I had to wade through dozens of fakes being represented as real. Even so, I am not 100% sure that this second vase is authentic. If it is not, it is much more convincing fake than the OP's vase. Everyone wants their Galle' to be authentic. Most of what is out there is not, despite being represented as such by reputable dealers and auction houses.

It seems that the top is not flat it is rounded now I am lost in discussion. All the sellers tell me it is original and in the signature, it seems like it has è at the top between lls.

“This example of a Gallé (Galle) water lily vase has much better color, contrast and detail than the usual. It's a very fine example with a classic, flattened shape called a pilgrimvase. The size is very nice at 8¾" tall. Signed. Mint condition.”

Same post please pay attention on this sentence “this example of galle”

According to his website he specializes in pottery. Your piece does have a shape that is listed as a known shape on this site. They also have an email address that you can send images to:
