Featured CANT FIND INFO..on morra sterling 14k perfume

hello all...i cant find any info on MORRA STERLING...the glass is pink and hand cut..says 14k but i cant figure what part is 14k...thanks in advance for your help

 

Very pretty .Maybe it had a gold wash that got polished off over the years.

thanks again to all...i added a few photos because i found the gold..theres a band under the top that i cleaned...i thought someone removed it and i was going to look into having it replaced but its there...hard to see the gold color in last 2 photos

Is the round white piece on the top a stone, and if so, what kind? Or, is it glass? That seems to be an awfully nice piece to be topped with a piece of glass.
