Opinions needed please on the age and origin of this necklace and earrings

I am not sure if this a set or a marriage. Both pieces are set in brass. The tests on the stones is inconclusive as to whether the stones are glass so they could be acrylic. The necklace is 17" with a spring ring clasp. I haven't cleaned anything yet. The earrings 3/4" long and 1/2" wide. None of the pieces are signed. Google search only brings up NA jewelry but I am pretty sure that's not correct. I would appreciate any opinions or advice. As always thank you for looking and suggestions.

Sixties. I’ve got rather a lot of these faux turquoise glass set pieces. That’s a rather nice set.

Thank you @Ownedbybear. I think it will look much better once I get the chain and back finish cleaned up. Do you think US or European made?

I’ve seen British and American ones, and some west German stuff uses those little cabochons too. Which is no help by me!
