It is 3.5 inches in diameter. I haven't found a match for Pontiac or Indian motorcycles. Screenshot 2024-06-08 at 9.33.57 PM.jpg

It kind of looks like a cut plug chewing tobacco tin, early tobacco products were marked with an Indian chief/head because many people couldn’t read. The size and shape is suggestive of that too, it looks thin in the pictures and made of tin? If so that might be an early and rare tobacco tin?

If it’s motorcycle related maybe tin container to hold grease for the tool kit.

Thanks everybody for your suggestions. As it turns out, it is a wheel cover (hub cap) off of an old Savage Arms Power Chief Mower Model 75. Screenshot 2024-06-09 at 6.53.44 AM.jpg
