    Bamboo, but I think it's rubber tubing covering wood! Maybe rattan seat?

    Looks like all the dark brown parts are rattan. The slats on the back too imo.

    Looks like a metal frame (?) with rattan attached. If so, would think a 70s or later import. Johnny could be right about 80-90s.
